Geography
Geography is the study of places, the human and physical processes which shape them, and the people who live in them. Through the study of geography we want to encourage our children to take a keen interest in the world around them enabling them to develop their environmental and social awareness, and inspiring them to be good world citizens. Skills developed through the study of geography help pupils to gain a greater understanding of the ways of life and cultures of other people and places. The children will learn to develop their geographical knowledge through enquiry, decision making and problem solving.
